  Catalogue Products / Services

  Maintenance, Repair, Support Plan Vendor will provide Purchaser with Consultant(s) mobile phone and/or pager number. In addition to the stated rate, Purchaser agrees to pay communication line charges incurred by Consultant in the process of providing oncall support services to Purchaser. When Purchaser's representative and Consultant agree it is necessary for Consultant to report a product defect to Purchaser's software vendor, Purchaser agrees to provide the Consultant with the software vendor telephone number, Purchaser client number and access if required, e.g., IBMLink userid and password. Consultant will work in harmony with Purchaser's software vendor to report the problem, gather such documentation as the software vendor requires, obtain a resolution from the software vendor and implement the resolution for Purchaser. In the event Purchaser's software vendor charges for its product support services, Purchaser agrees the software vendor will bill their product support charges direct to Purchaser.
